A 24-year-old patient with circumcision performed in our service about 5 months ago due to phimosis returns to improve the aesthetic appearance of the penis by increasing the length and slightly in the circumference. Dorsal elongation and thickening of the penis with self-fat collected from the abdomen was performed by the Body-Jet EVO technique, assisted with water jet (40ml).

A 30-year-old patient with a previous circumcision operation performed in another service, with a non-aesthetic appearance of the skin of the remaining foreskin, wants a non-surgical penis enlargement. Penis enlargement is performed by injecting nano-fat collected from the supero-internal thighs by water jet liposuction, with a 3.8 cm increase in circumference.
