1. Patients’ rights (according to law no. 46/2003)

I. Patients have the rights to receive the highest quality of medical care.

The patient has the right to be informed about the available medical services, as well as how to use these services
The patient has the right to be informed about the identity and professional status of the health service
The hospitalized patient has the right to be informed about the rules and habits that must be observed throughout the hospitalization
The hospitalized patient has the right to be informed about his state of health, proposed medical interventions, the potential risks of the procedures, available alternatives to the proposed procedures, as well as about the non-treatment and the non-compliance with the medical recommendations, data on the prognosis, diagnosis.

IV. Patient consent to medical intervention

To comply with the discipline conditions practiced at the Cosmedica Clinic
